Beerfarm Metricup – General Event Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events held at Beerfarm, Metricup. By entering the venue or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. Ticketing & Entry
All official event tickets must be purchased through our ticketing partner, Flicket.
Tickets must be presented on arrival (digital or printed).
For any ticketing issues, changes, or customer support, please contact Flicket Customer Service directly.
Beerfarm takes no responsibility for tickets purchased via unauthorised resellers or third-party platforms.
Beerfarm reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Beerfarm follows RSA legislation at all times.
Staff may refuse service to anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
Supplying alcohol to minors will result in immediate removal from the venue.
No outside alcohol, illicit substances, or dangerous items are permitted.
3. Minors & Family-Friendly Events
For family-friendly events, all minors must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Unaccompanied minors may be removed from the event until a guardian is located.
Some events may be 18+ only—valid photo ID is required for entry.
4. Conduct & Behaviour – Our “No Dickheads” Policy
Beerfarm is committed to creating a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment.
Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Anyone behaving inappropriately may be removed from the venue without refund.
All attendees must follow directions from Beerfarm staff and security.
5. Safety & Security
Bag checks may occur at entry.
Prohibited items include: outside alcohol, illicit substances, weapons, flares, drones, or hazardous objects.
Entry is at the attendee’s own risk; Beerfarm is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Please be mindful that the venue is located on a working farm with uneven ground and outdoor elements.
6. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use by Beerfarm.
If you prefer not to be included in media, please notify staff upon arrival.
Commercial or professional photography/videography requires prior written approval.
7. Event Changes & Weather
Event programmes and schedules may change without notice.
Outdoor events may proceed in varied weather conditions—please come prepared.
Beerfarm reserves the right to postpone or cancel events if safety is at risk.
8. Respect for the Venue & Community
Please respect the farm, facilities, local wildlife, and surrounding community.
Dispose of rubbish responsibly and utilise designated smoking areas.
Good times are encouraged. Poor behaviour is not.
9. Privacy
Ticketing and booking information is securely processed via Flicket.
Personal data is handled in accordance with Flicket’s and Beerfarm’s Privacy Policies and relevant legislation.
