Beerfarm Events – Ticketing Terms & Conditions



These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events held at Beerfarm, Metricup, through our third-party ticketing provider, Flicket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:



1. Ticket Purchase & Entry



Tickets must be purchased through Flicket and presented (printed or digital) upon entry.



Each ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.



Beerfarm reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.



2. Age Restrictions



Some events may be 18+ only. Proof of age (valid photo ID) will be required upon entry.



For all-ages events, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.



3. Event Changes & Cancellations



Beerfarm reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme, schedule, or line-up without notice.



In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be provided in accordance with Flicket’s refund policy.



Postponed events: Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.



4. Refunds & Transfers



Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Beerfarm.



Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Flicket.



Ticket transfers may be permitted at Beerfarm’s discretion.



5. Conduct & Behaviour



Beerfarm promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive may result in removal from the venue without refund.



Attendees must comply with all venue rules, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements, and directions from staff.



6. Safety & Responsibility



Entry is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Beerfarm accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.



Attendees may be subject to bag checks upon entry. Prohibited items include outside alcohol, illicit substances, and dangerous objects.



7. Photography & Media



By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes by Beerfarm.



Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior approval.



8. Privacy



Ticket purchases are processed by Flicket, and personal information is collected in accordance with both Flicket’s and Beerfarm’s Privacy Policies.



9. Weather & Outdoor Events



Many Beerfarm events are held outdoors. Please come prepared for weather conditions. Events will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe.
